

Christina is an experienced finance leader with expertise in governance, strategy, and organisational development. Before working in this area, she started out in mental healthcare and SEND support in residential and secondary school settings.
Alongside her professional career, she has supported charitable organisations in trustee and board-level roles, helping to strengthen their impact and long-term sustainability. Outside of work, she is a keen endurance athlete, mountaineer, and outdoor enthusiast who is passionate about the role adventure can play in building confidence, resilience, and personal growth.


Neil has over twenty years of experience working with young people, with 15 of those as a teacher and Assistant Headteacher in secondary schools.
He gave up his career to set up Urban Pursuit in 2011 and loves to see the change in young people’s lives year on year. Neil has a strong passion for adrenaline and adventure activities. He is a qualified Mountain Leader, Climbing Instructor and Mountain Bike Leader and also loves snowboarding, BMX, and off-road driving.


Richard has over twenty years founding and scaling regulated healthcare businesses. He has now embarked on a new career chapter, working with social impact organisations in advisory roles to support governance and strategy.
Outside of work he can often be found exploring nature and fulfilling an appetite for adrenaline by dashing down hills, either on a bike or a pair of skis, as well as all the fun and adventure a young family brings.

Dan began his career as a mainstream teacher prior to leading informal education settings, then joining the Urban Pursuit team in 2019. He likes to keep a positive mindset as he approaches strategic opportunities and challenges. Outside of work he can often be found hiking with his family, canoeing or wild camping.
