We’re looking for a Pastoral & Education Lead to join Urban Pursuit. You will oversee the alternative education programme and lead the team in Bristol. The role involves vital external communication, maintaining regular contact with schools, professionals, agencies, and parents. You will have a focus on student admissions and placements, including overseeing the enquiries, admissions, and placement processes on our adventure-based personal development programme. You will also be the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
